A Federal backstop to help hospitals effected by the cyber attack on UnitedHealth’s, Change Healthcare. When we talk about responses similar to those during COVID-19, this must be a wakeup call for U.S Companies, other companies globally for that matter. The attack is bigger by every measure than any previous cyber attack on the U.S. Colonial pipeline has nothing on the United health hack.
The response cannot be regulation, there is plenty of that. The response has to be one that enables risk mitigation.
