A likely outcome of the SEC consolidating its crypto and cyber enforcement teams and increasing its size may well be a robust pipeline of work. One wonders Ted Dziekanowski if the combination of a robust well tested whistleblower program alongside the well documented poor level of cyber maturity is going to keep the SEC team busy for some time to come?

The DoD Inspector General report on cyber security compliance across the DIB raised concerns of cybersecurity compliance. The recent volume of cybersecurity regulation may provide plenty of fuel to keep the SEC busy.
