A very important video following up on the challenges and threats nation-states face with cybersecurity by nation-state threat actors. The video discusses the threats posed by prepositioning of nation-state threat actors in the US Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and international partners.
Nation-states have been prepositioning and testing cyber capabilities in the US CNI for many years. Creating a national threat that all citizens should understand, and in the event of conflict, taking resources away from a conflict to deal with a breakdown in CNI. Reaffirming that cybersecurity is a national security risk.
It is more efficient to manage cybersecurity Left of Bang rather than Right of Bang to address the scale.
