AI, AI and more AI. Everyone has an AI solution to fix a problem, but do we know enough about the problem we’re trying to fix. History is full of great ideas and great solutions looking to fix a problems we didn’t know we had. How many of the companies developing, or as this article points out, not developing AI solutions. Actually know what they are doing or why? How many investment $ are being spent to create solutions when there is no clear value proposition?
Will AI start to unravel as questions are raised as to the claimed benefits, opportunities, and as in this case products associated with AI. Cases such as this will go some way to forming legal opinion and caselaw.
