Another observation. when considering U.S cyber regulation, on top of cyber being a risk to national security. Is that other nation states are regulating cybersecurity risk management.

UU NIS 2, DORA are effective January 2025, the Australian Securities and Investment has made clear it intent to hold boards accountable for cybersecurity. Let’s not forget recent high profile events have demonstrated the effects of cyber on national security.

No nation operates in isolation.
