The tightening of capital market liquidity; the uncertainty of cyber regulation and enforcement programs; board room confusion around cybersecurity and cybersecurity risk management, with no clear path to educate boards on cyber capital and operational expenditure and the cybersecurity market place, with many products aiming to fix cybersecurity.
At a time when cyber attack complexity, frequency and severity are increasing, insurance premiums are rising and coverage falling.
