Avon, the global cosmetics brand has suffered a second data breach, following on from an alleged ransomware attack back in June this year. The second breach related to an internet exposed Azure server with no authentication or encryption, containing a large amount of data and records including 40,000 security tokens and internal OAuth tokens.
The data breaches come at a sensitive time for Avon, as it is being acquired by the Brazilian cosmetics group Natura (https://lnkd.in/dqnpixp) in an all stock offer.
