Be careful what you wish for when you run to the light that is AI. As Service Now may have been compromised through its AI agentic platform.

As a listed company protecting shareholders is a fuduciary responsibility. One wonders is AI was on the list of material risk reported to the SEC. Especially when it can create a material risk such as cyber.
