Boards face the ever increasing threat of cyber from threat actors. Requiring boards manage cybersecurity risks.

Board knowledge skills and experience in the oversight and assurance of cyber risk is generally low. Not only do boards need to increase their cyberbskills, they also need a clear documented, repeatable method to oversight, assure and attest cybersecurity risks. Working closely with the companies control functions and security teams.
