Can you see what’s missing yet?

Several nations have taken active steps to regulate the security of software. Including the management of the Software Bill of Materials and the security of the SDLC, which includes open source software.

It’s positive to see nation-state cybersecurity centres globally coming together to support a Shared Vision of Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) for Cybersecurity. The US, Australia, Canada, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Indian, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Slovakia, and Korea have come together to support a shared vision and mission for SBOM security. That’s 4 out of 5 from the 5 Eyes intelligence community.

Having a shared vision and harmonization is the only way to ensure that the best people share the best knowledge and come up with solutions to a shared global problem.
