Credit funds are between a rock and a very hard place, as AI is stealing the lunch of software and tech companies at an unprecedented pace. In the past week, a leak from Anthropic caused consternation across capital markets and the fall in cyber tech companies.

AI is being consumed faster and creating more risks than any other previous technological revolution (bubble). It’s a case of ‘do or die’, not just for tech firms but those exposed to fickle capital markets. On one hand, over exposure creates risk, on the other, so does under exposure, so which horses do you back? The beauty of business analysts is that they understand little about cyber, or AI, and base their judgments on gut feel and an MBA.

Douglas Robare, so what does this mean for the future? If you’re on the roller coaster, you’d better buckle up for the ride. Whichever side of the fence you sit on, tech or investor, it’s going to be fast, bumpy, and dangerous as AI changes business dynamics, as your article discusses. If you’re in software, you’re affected; if you’re in business services, you’re affected; professional services, you’re affected; B2B, C2C, you’re affected. The questions are how much, how deep, and how quickly you can transform, and it all comes back to financial markets in one form or another.
