Cyber security is a difficult world, even more so at this time of uncertainty. Which is being exploited by opportunistic hackers. But it is even more poignant when you are a body set up to represent professionals in a sector. They had their website hacked by what appears to be a Russian group. From what have read I can only guess it resulted in a SQL injection, which compromised 5,000 users. So the warning is, it doesn’t matter how big or how small you are, you can be a target. Get your cyber hygiene sorted, In this case patching vulnerabilities.
