Cyber seems to be front and center for the insurance industry at present. With Lloyds of London recently announcing changes to underwriting wording and the U.S Treasury seeking input into a cyber insurance market support.

I wonder if a paradigm to view organizational cybersecurity under is one of can I meet the preposed U.S and EU cyber regulations; two how will I cover the gap between my cyber insurance policy and the total cost of a cyber incident; three how do I implement cybersecurity risk management; four how will I carry the legal risk?

Governments are starting to recognise the size of the National Security risks of IP theft, that is far greater than data breaches. Those public and private sector organisation in government supply chains are under the cybersecurity risk management spot light.
