Cybersecurity risk management regulation is a challenge public and private sector firms will have to face. Regulators in the United States and European Union are moving ahead with enforcement regimes, requiring boards of organisations operating in or with the U.S and EU demonstrate oversight, assurance and attestation of cybersecurity risk management.
In recognizing the cybersecurity challenges the boards face, Veritas GRC and Schellman have signed an MoU to collaborate on the design and delivery of board cybersecurity risk management board education and audit programs.
