Call us now:
Does anyone know how many products and services are out there to manage cyber security? If they do could they let me know? What I do know is that to manage cyber risk you have to be good at a few things. If you just take international standards you have to focus on access management, vulnerability & patch and obsolescence, asset management……..network security……and more, to manage cyber risk.
Are we in danger of failing to manage cyber risk? The volume of products and services seems to be increasing, the risk of cyber is rising, as is the impact of a successful attack. There is a shortfall in skilled resources and I cannot find a answer to the question, ‘what ROI am I getting for my cyber spend’, if there is one?
I’ve been involved in many incidents and seen plenty of cases where security assets have not been ‘sweated’. Due to a failure to deploy and mange them appropriately. Which could have contributed to the incident being stopped.
What if anything is going wrong? Is this just market forces, or are we spending a lot of money to solve problems we need to understand more about?
