‘Everyone needs to know where the puck is going and have a basic plan of how to get there.’

Cyber is a complex, regulated and resource intensive risk to manage, and a risk insurers are finding difficult to effectively underwrite. The result is that boards and their organisations cannot rely on the transfer of cyber risk to insurance alone, and bare the responsibility for managing it.

Cyber risk management is an enterprise wide business risk, not a technology risk and Cybersecurity succeeds when you deliver enterprise connected ‘business’ services. We created a Target Operating Model (TOM), or ‘Cyber on a Page (CoaP)’ program, using international regulations and standards. Defining the key organizational relationships and deliverables for the management, oversight, assurance and attestation of cyber risks.

No one knows where the puck is going to be, but everyone knows where it starts.
