Following the announcement of the take down of the LockBit website by international security agencies. The U.S Treasury has updated OFACS SDN list with the details of affiliate members of the group. Also making clear that the DoT believes Russia is offering safe harbor for cybercriminals.

Makes you wonder if LockBit is a hacking group based out of Russia then?
