For me the security challenges which Zoom faced early on during the lock down aren’t their biggest issue. What is more significant is the potential fallout of the legal cases being bought for insider trading. The latest being a derivative claim, that a number of ‘insiders’, including Zooms CEO, made $172Mn knowing the security issues of the software. The second of which was filled last week.
