Germany’s Bundestag passed the law implementing EU NIS 2 on the 13th November 2025. Bringing to a conclusion a process that started in the EU Commission and Parliament from the inception of the EU 2022/2555 in the EU Journal.

Now the work starts for covering critical National Infrastructure entities across the EU. Veritas GRC will be releasing its board and all staff education programs, addressing the requirements published by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for board and all staff education to the Directive. We will release it in English, then German.

We are intimately aware of NIS 2 compliance requirements and provide board advisory and guidance for EU NIS 2.
