Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) is not cimming up short in its campaign of communicating the importance of regulatory compliance to NIS2.

The actual numbers of companies affected by the cybersecurity regulation across Germany is not known, but is estimated to be in excess of 30,000. Company boards that will be required to comply with Governance, Risk and cybercompliance or risk individual and/ or corporate penalties for non compliance.
