Here’s a thought for the international contractors that either support, or wish to support the DoD on their national territory. If the DoD, specifically the Army Corps of Engineers, or Defense Logistics Agency issue the contract. You may wish to consider if you are required to comply with CMMC.

We know that facilities management and construction industry companies are in general the least likely to manage cyber security. Making regulatory compliance a challenge, but a necessity if they wish to supply the DoD.

No compliance, no contract. How will the international DIB respond.
