How do you get society to prepare for ‘all domain warfare’. When 95% of companies don’t comply to cyber essentials, let alone a complex cyber standards such as NIST CSF, 171 or ISO 27001.How do we motivate society to follow a Churchillian cause, when we cannot provide clear guidance on what and how to manage cyber risk. When our partner nations are driving cyber regulations into CNI and FIs, and we cannot get beyond cyber essentials?I wait with anticipation to see how we are going support industry to ‘Prepare for all domain warfare’, when it involves cyber. Especially as US and UK security agencies have voiced concerns that CNI has already been compromised by Nation State actors.One remembers the adverts in the 1950s and 60s about what to do in the event of nuclear war.
