Innovation is vital to the growth of society, maybe we are also starting to realize that alongside innovation has to sit management control, oversight and assurance, little bit of common sense and a pause ahead of the race for profit (profit is not a bad thing).

One sees many examples where basic due diligence has failed, at the expense of shareholders and in some cases where shareholders failed to do their own due diligence.
