It is a pleasure to have an article published in the International Security Journal (ISJ) on such an important subject as CMMC and its impact on the UK (international) Defense Industry. As the article points out, No Compliance, No Contract.

Starting on the 10th November 2025, the Department of War will phase in CMMC across the DIB. Requiring contractors to demonstrate compliance with FAR and DFARS regulations, which go as far back as 2016. That could require an independent assessment of compliance and a certificate. That has to be presented to the Department of War for new contract awards and options.

Now is the time for the international DIB to demonstrate its compliance, potentially with contracts that have already been signed.
