We discuss the cybersecurity imperative facing boards of all companies, more so those that have to comply with cybersecurity risk management regulation being introduced in the US and EU.Regulation that shifts the responsibility of cybersecurity risk management into board room, effects capital allocation and increases legal and compliance risk of covered board members and organisations.
