CISA (DHS) actions to restrict impact of SolarWinds compromise. The obvious, if infected
1. Disconnect SolarWinds immediately.
2. Block all traffic to and from hosts external to enterprise.
3. Treat all SolarWinds monitored hosts as compromised.
4. Looks like key credentials were acquired and passed outside the estate. (4d)
But one would imagine the Federal Network is significant in size.
