It’s the same old story for cybersecurity, in this instance the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

The story is one of compliance. More accurately the gap between regulatory knowledge and compliance practice is not closing.

The story is the same for most cyber regulations, companies would prefer to lose market access or take the risk of regulatory penalties.

If you sell or distribute internet enabled products or services in the EU, you have to comply with the CRA.
