Threats seen as dry runs for future operations.Olaf Classen, when one considers presentations made to US congressional committees about the ‘pre-positioning’ of threat actors in US Critical infrastructure. It also raises questions of the preparedness of UK and EU CNI providers to deal with cyber threats to their infrastructure.Cybersecurity is national and economic security.Next question, what can CNI providers do about it.
