Lawyers hold the most sensitive data; they are also the ones board members go to for advice on cyber. Yet they seem to be lax on their cybersecurity, with a sharp rise in the number of successful cyber attacks targeting law firms.
As the article points out, lawyers need cyber training. We have run several cyber programs in 2024 with Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA for the Federal Bar Association as part of CPD requirements. Our board cyber program released to The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department attracts CLE credits for lawyers in the GCC.
