Moving the risk management pieces around the chess board. As the public and private sector continues to come to terms with cyber and ICT risk.

The last time system risk was put back on the tax payer it cost governments $500bn in bail outs to sort out the crisis.

Maybe the above report is a warning?

The problem with cyber is that, even if there were a pot of gold to sort out systemic cyber risk. You couldn’t spend the money quick enough, and there aren’t the resources available to remediate the risk. There are few solutions to managing cyber risk, everyone has to take on a small piece of the pie and manage it themselves, coordinated by government.
