Not only does the U.S have a problem with cybersecurity and the management of cyber risk, every country does. Many countries are not regulating cybersecurity risk management. Cyber is an issue for the public and private sector organisations a like. cyber has been discussed at several congressional committees, this week highlighting the issues the the PRC presents to U.S Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). CNI that is delivered primarily through private sector organisations.

As written, the U.S Presidential Office will veto S.J. Res 50 should it be presented for signature. A veto that aimed to reverse the SEC final cyber rule.
