One wonders the future of the False Claims Act and cybersecurity. With the DoWs CMMC program now effective and with the underlying DFARS 252 204-7012 regulation being around since 2016.

We have seen recent DFARS cases attract DoJ attention and penalties, we understand the state of defense industry compliance, we see the focuse on DoW supply chain security by industry leaders.
