One wonders why it has cost so much to develop a national cyber strategy? One only has to look at other nation states and refine a local approach. There is no rocket science needed to build out a cyber strategy. The cost is in the delivery.

One would have thought that the ONCD, UK and EU cyber strategies could be used, adding and subtracting what is needed.
