Resetting passwords over the phone is so passe. Unfortunately it seems to have been an effective tool to compromise the M&S network.Begging the question, ‘was 2FA used during the password reset process’, such a simple, rudimentary tool to?There is little to suggest how far M&S, the CooP and Harrolds are away from getting operations back up and running.
