Round 1 goes to the AI this week. As Meta’s use of AI to train its AI models has been judged fair by a Federal Court and a judge ruled in favour of Anthropic this week.

What does this tell us about the path of AI, content creation and the use of AI to transform our lives. As we have seen, our adoption of digitial has gone relatively unchallenged. But it has consequences. One being that as our digitial foot print grew and we generated and consume more digital content. That content has fed AI, that uses it to build LLMs.
