Russia has been accused by the German foreign minister that it will face consequences following a month long Cyber espionage campaign. A campaign that has been going on for 2 years.

‘This is absolutely intolerable and unacceptable and will have consequences,”

One is not convinced there’s much you can do. Russian, China, Iran and North Korean have been focused on offensive cyber for years, while Western Alies have largely been unsuccessful at preventing attacks.

What can be done that’s going to scare Russia?
