So far there have been fines of £56Mn across Europe. UK citizens are still concerned that businesses aren’t doing enough to protect their PII.
As cyber and data protection regulation matures globally and cyber attacks increase in their ferocity and impact. We can only expect fines and dissatisfaction to increase. Until companies improve their cyber security.
