@Thaddeus Dziekanowski managing cybersecurity is a national security problem, and it will be a significant problem for the incoming President and the regime at the SEC. A requirement the SEC has had to manage itself, demonstrated by its annual FISMA audit.https://lnkd.in/edbGKf6RThe Incoming Chair has to eat his own cyber dog food through FISMA, why shouldn’t other do the same. He will also have to demonstrate that he can protect investors, maintain efficient and fair markets and facilitate capital formation. At a time when cyber presents a threat to national security and as recently posted, adversaries are sitting within the networks of public and private sectors firm. Market forces have failed, could one expect the dog food to look different, but tastes the same. To MAGA securing IP, supply chains and trade to manage competitive advantage is important.Brian D.
