Thank you, ADS Group Ltd, and Brinley Salzmann. I look forward to presenting DFARS, CMMC, and cybersecurity regulatory compliance to the UK Defense industry at the Export Control Workshop.

DFARS and CMMC are now regulatory requirements for working with the United States Department of War, requiring UK defense contractors to comply with NIST SP 800-171. From November 2026, the DoW is introducing requirements for compliance certification from CMMC Level 2. Without a compliance certificate, defence contractors will not be allowed to tender for US Defence Contractors or complete contracts.
