The SEC ‘Dear John letter’ to VF Corp, following its response to its January cyber attack and 8-K submission. Demonstrating the SEC will seek clarification.

In his case the SEC writes to seek clarity over the scope of the impacted business operations and known material impacts and likely impacts of the attack. An amended 8-K followed on the 18th January (https://lnkd.in/ejAUG5JY)
