We will have a lively conversation as we explore the development of cyber regulation across the US and EU, as boards become the focus of cyber regulatory compliance, with cybersecurity risk increasing along side our dependency on digitial.US and EU cyber regulation is placing an increased work load on boards of covered entities. Requiring boards demonstrate their management of cyber risk. We will discuss what this means for covered firms, how boards should consider cyber risk management, board oversight and assurance and the change in focus that cybersecurity regulation brings.
