The ONCD strategy along with EU NIS 2 regulate or plan to regulate CNI providers. That I’m the case of NIS 2 includes EV charges. I recently read a proposal from an EV charger, that lacked any reference to cyber as a primary strategic lever. But focused on cost effectiveness of the infrastructure?

One expects, with the continual reporting of a lack of cyber in EV, regulators will at some point focus in, along with regulatory enforcement such as the DoJ.

The old FUD debate, is longer a realistic debate for boards of CNI providers.
