The CISA website has plenty of CSF profiles and an implementation guide for CSF profiles for the Defence Industry Base (DIB). CSF profiles are required by FISMA (and the DoD – DoDi 8510.01) and implemented by the SEC.
I wonder if the DoD read the Augusta Plan, sent to DoD A&S last year and discussed with the DoD. An effective way to deliver DIB cyber is through cloud, control inheritance, risk weighted Bill of Materials and to use CPAs to assess globally? CPAs are likely to assess and attest cybersecurity risk management compliance for Primes if the SEC proposal moves forward.
