The DoD is preparing its internal procurement functions for the deployment of CMMC. Working to identify what types of data are being sent to contractors.
One would assume to be able to ensure that a more accurate assessment can be made of CUI requirements for new contracts. Supporting oversight assessment of existing contracts and follows on from the recent release of the DoDs CUI handbook.
