The FBI has been raising the threat of Chinese backed hackers attacking U.S CNI for the passed year. One has to hope that CNI providers have taken the warning seriously.
For security agencies such as the NSA to come out of the shadows. Raising concerns of the threat of nation state hackers to CNI, is a further indication of the seriousness of the cyber threat to national security.
One wonders, however, if we have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to counter the threat, in a short space of time.
