The House of Representative House Committee of Oversight and Accountability had its first opportunity to evaluate the White House National Cyber strategy, a sign that the strategy is gaining oversight.

With a heavy emphasis on the digital eco system taking more of the share of managing cyber risk, addressing the national cyber skills gap and an insurance backstop, and a metrics based approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy.
