The Irish government is moving the countries National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) from the Department of Communications to the Department of Justice. A move to strengthen cybersecurity and align with national security initiatives.Ireland is required to adopt EU cyber regulations NIS 2 and DORA, both of which have legal and compliance implications for covered Irish entities.
