The retail and food supply chain seems to be a focus of hackers. This week Peter Green Chilled a supplier to UK retailers announced that it is working to resolve a cyber attack.

Disrupting food production and distribution through to the consumer is guaranteed to get attention. Retailers and food supply is a soft underbelly of many economies. The food supply chain inclusive of retailers and manufacturers often cannot afford the necessary resources to manage cyber risks.
