The supply chain effects of the cyber attack on Marks and Spencer are being felt by it suppliers. As Fashion Brand Sosander downgraded its profits and sales guidance for the year.

Sosander cut £2.6million from its full-year sales expectations after it made ‘no sales’ through M&S and pausing new openings to focus on profitable growth.

The M&S cyber attack affected not only its supply chain, but those retailers that delivered products to its shelves, such as Sosandar. One wonders the financial impact on M&S and claims on its insurance if they were unable to stock their suppliers products?
