The US government launched a bug bounty of $5Mn to identify what they suspect are North Korean hackers targeting the country. A multi departmental notification was issued on Wednesday 15th April (https://lnkd.in/eTkAEzu). Citing the countries increased capabilities to generate revenue through hacking and money laundering.
The advisory provides a useful digest on some of the countries recently attributed hacks, threat vectors and measures to help counter act what the departments see as the threats.
